We are an exchange house authorized by the Central Bank of Paraguay (BCP), in accordance with Resolution No. 12, Act No. 1 of . We operate under Law No. 2,794 "On Exchange Entities and/or Exchange Houses" and apply a comprehensive anti-money laundering and terrorism financing prevention system (AML/CFT).

Our policies comply with Law No. 1015/97 and its amendments, as well as SEPRELAD resolutions. We have a Compliance Department responsible for supervising regulatory compliance in daily operations and risk management.

We have formal procedures for customer identification and due diligence (KYC), transaction monitoring and reporting operations to competent authorities, in accordance with current regulations.
