About Us
Oriente Cambios S.A. was incorporated on . Through Resolution No. 12, Act No. 1 dated , issued by the Central Bank of Paraguay, it was authorized to operate as an exchange house, in accordance with Law No. 2,794 "On Exchange Entities and/or Exchange Houses", and was subsequently registered with the General Registry Office on .
Being a corporation, the executive board is the deliberative body of the organization and is composed of four shareholders, who form a board of directors headed by a president, two regular directors, and one alternate director, all of Paraguayan nationality and with extensive experience in the foreign exchange business.

2007 - Company Formation
Oriente Cambios S.A. was incorporated on August 3, 2007, as a corporation dedicated to currency exchange.
2008 - BCP Authorization
We obtained authorization from the Central Bank of Paraguay through Resolution No. 12 to operate as an exchange house.
2010 - Service Expansion
We expanded our services specializing in multiple currency exchange with competitive rates.
2015 - Regional Consolidation
We positioned ourselves as a reference in the exchange market of Ciudad del Este and the border region.
2025 - Present
We continue innovating with digital technology while maintaining our commitment to excellence and transparency.
